insTuner is a chromatic tuner that allows users to quickly and accurately tune their instruments. It has been featured on Apple's "New and Noteworthy" list in the US, UK, Australia, and various other stores. It has also been recognized by FWA Mobile as "Mobile of the Day".

The app incorporates advanced DSP (Digital Signal Processing) algorithms, resulting in high accuracy (±1/1000 semitone or ±0.1 cent precision). Unlike other tuners that offer only one mode, insTuner provides different tuning modes suitable for various situations. These include Instant Tuning Mode for quick tuning and playing, Fine and Strobe Modes for precise tuning, and FFT Mode for sound analysis. Additional advanced features such as Concert A calibration, historical temperaments, and transpositions make it a powerful tool for musicians.

insTuner is designed with user experience in mind and is easy to navigate. The unique "fixed" note wheel assists users in locating the position of the detected pitch effortlessly. Additionally, insTuner can be used as an electronic pitch pipe for tuning by ear, matching the generated tones.

The app is compatible with a wide range of instruments such as acoustic and electric guitars, bass guitars, ukuleles, mandolins, banjos, bowed strings, woodwinds, brass instruments, and timpani. It supports various input methods including built-in microphones, line-in connections, and clip microphones. Users can use insTuner on their iPhone/iPhone5/iPod/iPad devices as it is a universal app that can be purchased once and used across all iOS devices.
